Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of numenor.world (the "Site"), operated by Numenor ("Numenor", "we", "us"), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

2. What Numenor does

Numenor provides operational analytics to partner facilities and produces licensed datasets of first-person industrial manipulation for training machine-learning models. The Site describes these services and lets you contact us about them.

The Site is informational. Data capture, dataset licensing, analytics engagements, and pricing are governed exclusively by separate written agreements. If anything on the Site differs from a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

3. Public sample data

The Site links to public sample materials — video clips, episode manifests, and similar files (the "Sample"). The Sample is provided for evaluation only. Subject to that purpose, you may download and inspect it. You may not:

• use the Sample, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a commercial machine-learning model without a written license from Numenor;
• redistribute, resell, or republish the Sample;
• attempt to identify, contact, or profile any person appearing in the Sample;
• remove or alter consent, license, or provenance information that accompanies it.

All rights in the Sample are reserved by Numenor. For a commercial license, write to data@numenor.world.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, imagery, video, the Numenor name and marks, and downloadable documents such as datasheets — belong to Numenor or its licensors. You may view the Site and download materials we expressly offer for download; no other license is granted.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
• Do not scrape the Site at scale or harvest content for datasets — an ironic request we nonetheless make.
• Do not use the Site for anything unlawful.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to third-party services (for example, file hosting for the Sample and social networks). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". Specifications, capacity figures, and coverage stated on the Site are indicative and may change; the binding specification for any purchase is the one in the signed agreement that accompanies it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numenor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the Sample, and our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes arising from the Site are resolved by the competent courts of Tashkent, unless a signed agreement between us provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with the date below. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
