LEGAL
Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE — JULY 25, 2026
1. Who we are
Numenor ("Numenor", "we", "us") is an industrial data company headquartered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We operate this website (numenor.world), an operational analytics platform for partner facilities, and a capture program that produces licensed robot-training datasets.
For anything in this policy, contact us at data@numenor.world.
2. Scope
This policy covers the website and the correspondence you send us. Capture inside factories and dataset licensing are governed by separate written agreements with each facility, each operator, and each customer; where those agreements are stricter than this policy, the agreements prevail.
3. What we collect on the website
We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell personal data.
- Correspondence — if you email us (for a sample, a datasheet, or capture capacity), we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- Technical logs — our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) for security and operations.
- Preferences — a single first-party cookie (nm_lang) stores your language choice on the localized pages. It identifies a language, not a person.
4. How we use this information
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver what you asked for (samples, datasheets, capacity bookings).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To comply with applicable law.
5. Data captured inside facilities
Our datasets are recorded inside working factories on our own NMR-01 capture units. This footage can include the hands, voices, and surroundings of the people performing the work, so it is collected under a strict rights chain:
- Capture happens only under a written agreement with each facility, which assigns capture rights to Numenor.
- Every recorded operator signs an individual, revocable consent release before capture begins.
- Faces and identifying marks are removed on request.
- Process-sensitive segments are excluded per facility NDA.
- Every delivered clip carries a chain of custody: facility, date, and consent ID.
Footage is licensed to customers for machine-learning training under written contracts that carry these consent artifacts with the data. It is never sold as personal data, and dataset customers are contractually prohibited from attempting to identify the people in it.
An operator may withdraw consent at any time by contacting data@numenor.world (directly or through their facility); affected segments are excluded from future deliveries.
6. Sharing
We do not share or sell personal data for advertising.
- Infrastructure providers that host this website and our storage, bound by their own confidentiality obligations.
- Dataset customers — only under license agreements that include the rights chain described above.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
7. Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a business record. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Captured footage is retained per the terms of the relevant facility and customer agreements.
8. Security
Access to raw footage and personal data is restricted to the people who need it, transfers are encrypted, and capture devices hold no third-party accounts or ad SDKs — the entire stack, from hardware to delivery, is ours.
9. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to data@numenor.world. We answer within a reasonable period, and within any period required by the law that applies to you.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date below.
